Pottery Love ❤️

Once a potter, always a potter. I had tried to replace it with canvas and paint but nothing compares to making things out of clay. Having been drawn to it in art school and from years in my home based studio, I will always be a potter. When we moved and I had to dismantle my pottery studio & I thought I could live without it -hahah, nope. So I found a place here or there to spend time at the wheel again…I took some workshops, taught some classes, made some things, but there were gaps.

This spring I joined a studio called Cafe au Clay Vancouver. Such a well equipped pottery studio walkable from my home, open 24/7 with active and inspiring members.

Now I’m back to making pottery and it feels so good.
